Die Wiener Werkstätte was founded in 1903 by Josef Hoffman and Koloman Moser as a creative community of artists, architects and designers in Viena, Austria.
Die Werkstätte emerged from the Vienna Secession founded in 1897. Artists and artisans from the Wiener Werkstätte designed and produced glasswork, metalwork, ceramics, textiles, furniture and jewelry making emphasis on the well crafted an meticulous design of everyday objects.

If you need detailed information about this fest go to their website Inhabitable. What I want to say here is just that this is such a freaking great idea: 3 stages --> Archictects, designers and inhabitants working together to built their own real space <-- That is what the first Ephemeral Architecture Fest in Mexico is about. La Ciudad Efímera.
Create, Innovate, Participate.
Stage1: October 6th. Foro Lindbergh, Parque Mexico. Mexico City
'The speed of cultural evolution is reduced by the stragglers. I perhaps am living in 1908, but my neighbour is living in 1900 and the man across the way in 1880. It is unfortunate for a state when the culture of its inhabitants is spread over such a great period of time. The peasants of Kals are living in the twelfth century. And there were peoples taking part in the Jubilee parade [of the Emperor Franz Joseph] who would have been considered backward even during the migration of the nations. Happy the land that has no such stragglers and marauders. Happy America!'
Yeah... I like fashion and good looks. Don't exactly know what's that thing 'fashion world' possess that it always has attracted to me. Maybe it's because as a creative guy I find it interesting the way these guys make a desing process, I mean, all this series of creative choices that involves the inspiration, the clothes, textures, colors, music, to come up with an idea, and fashion shows are the 'climax' after all this process.
So I was hanging on youtube and found this cool vids of the fashion weeks in Paris, Milan and NYC with all the models that take part of the catwalks, they sing along, and dance, and laugh and give a real image of what happens during these shows. Enjoy!
It's been a while since I last posted something here, well my beloved bloggers, I'M BACK!
and don't know for how long I'll be posting here but just wanted to say 'hallo' and share some music, hmm... videos, fashion, quotes, pics... you know, all this stuff that I love and I'm sure you do too.
So let's REstart the show...
“La vida es primeramente un conjunto de problemas esenciales a los que el hombre responde con un conjunto de soluciones: 'la cultura'. Como son posibles muchos conjuntos de soluciones, quiere decirse que han existido y existen muchas culturas (...) la cultura no consiste en otra cosa que hallar una ecuación con que resolvamos el problema de la vida.”
